We’ve made our Returns Policy super easy and hassle-free for your convenience. You are welcome to return your item(s) to us within 30 days of purchase for a refund to be issued (excluding postage). We endeavour to process all returns within 5 working days of receipt. Depending on your bank/card issuer, it may take a further 3-5 working days for any funds to allocate back into your account.
To ensure that your product conforms to our Returns Policy, please ensure that the following requirements are met;
All product(s) must be returned in their brand-new condition, just as you have received them with all packaging fully intact. For this reason, we also reserve the right to withhold refunds until we have been able to verify that the product is unused. The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 states “Consumers will lose their right to cancel if they unseal goods that are not suitable for return if they are unsealed, due to health protection or hygiene reasons”. If the buyer has removed any intact tags/seals against instructions to the contrary, they are likely to be deemed to have ‘accepted’ the goods and are not entitled to a refund or to cancel the contract.
