Delivery

UK Standard Delivery is FREE on orders of £40 or over, or £2.95 for orders under £40. Your orderwill be delivered via Royal Mail Tracked 48 once dispatched. All orders are dispatched Monday-Friday only, i.e if you place your order on a weekend, it will be dispatched the following Monday. UK Standard Deliveries will be made within 3-5 working days after your order has been placed (excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays). If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, a delivery  card will be left and your parcel will be taken to your local sorting office for collection. Royal Mail  mayleave it with a neighbour, or in a designated ‘Safe Place’ if they deem it is safe to do so. A ‘While you  were out’ delivery card will be left to let you know this has been done.

UK Express Delivery is £4.95 and your order will be delivered via Royal Mail Tracked 24 oncedispatched. All orders are dispatched Monday-Friday only, i.e if you place your order on a weekend, it will be dispatched the following Monday.

UK Express Deliveries will be made within 1-2 working days after your order has been placed (excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays). UK Next Day Delivery and UK Saturday Delivery are £6.95 and £7.95 respectively; your order will be delivered via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm once dispatched. To ensure that you qualify for this method, please ensure that your order is placed before 3pm Monday-Friday with the correct delivery option selected at checkout.

EU and Rest of the World Delivery is £9.95 and is a fully trackable service. Deliveries will be made approx 7-10 working days after you have received your shipment confirmation email. Any customs orimport duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel and we cannot be held liable for any charges that do occur.

During busy periods Beauty Glow and Royal Mail will try their utmost best to provide a guaranteed service, however, we cannot be held liable should any delivery issues or delays occur which are beyond our control. Order tracking is available by logging into your Beauty Glow account, and also provided on your shipment confirmation email. Please allow up to 12 hours to track your order via the Royal Mail Track & Trace system after receiving your dispatch email, as the parcel progresses through the postal network.
